What's the best way to contact you?
Q)Everything is sold out. How can I make a purchase?
A)I post items as they are finished and try to do little updates. Subscribe to my newsletter for a heads up when items will be listed and for previews. Follow me on Instagram to see what I’m working on and for live adoptions.
Q)Do you do commissions?
A)Yes I do, but on a limited basis. Newsletter subscribers will be alerted first when I have spots open before I announce them on social media.
Q) I had an item in my cart and tried to check out with it, but now the item says it's sold out. Why isn't the item held for me once placed in my cart?
A)Shopify doesn't hold items in carts. The item is only yours once the transaction has been completed. The best way to ensure that you're able to make the purchase is to be prepared with all your info beforehand. I recommend setting up a Shopify account and making sure all your info is correct.
Q) When will my order ship?
A) Items are listed before they are varnished. They will ship 3-5 days after purchase.
Q) I'm an international customer and I just received my order. Why did I have to pay an additional fee to get the item released to me?
A) All imported goods have to go through your country's customs department, and are subject to customs fees. Customs fees are taxes levied by your government on imported goods. The amount you're charged is decided by your government, and 100% of the money from those fees goes directly to your government. I have absolutely no control in this manner.
Q) Will you mark my items as a "gift" on the customs form, so I don't have to pay customs fees? Can you mark the customs form with a lower value so I can avoid a customs fee?
A) It can't be done. It is mail fraud to falsify a customs form, and to do so carries a penalty of up to $10,000 fine and 5 years imprisonment.

I accept PayPal, credit card and debit card payments.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.
I ship to the address provided as the "shipping address" at checkout. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION IS ENTERED CORRECTLY to ensure accurate delivery of the pieces. If you realize you made an error in your address, please contact me as quickly as possible.
Please go to The USPS website to track or via the postal service website for your country. Shopify's tracking will not show international parcels once they leave the United States.
Q : I have not RECEIVED MY PACKAGE even though its been marked as delivered, what should I do next?
A : The next best thing is to contact your local post office to let them know that the package wasn't delivered. If after double checking and you still are unsure of its whereabouts, I would suggest you file a claim through USPS. Unfortunately once the package leaves me, I am not responsible for refunding or replacing the item.
If the item comes back to me because the wrong address was written, I am not responsible for paying the shipping costs to re-send the package. The buyer is responsible at checkout to make sure that the address is correct.
All sales are final, I give detailed descriptions and measurements and several pics in different lighting. Colors may vary from your screen view. If for any reason you are unhappy please contact me immediately at email@example.com and I will try to work with you to rectify the issue. Items that may arrive damaged you will need to file for a refund with USPS. Once an item leaves my hands it’s no longer my responsibility. If for any reason I issue a refund it will be for the item, and only when the item is returned to me in the condition it was originally sent and shipping cost will not be refunded.
